Alright. City of Lights matte a2-3
This one is rather more of a bright side of the City of Lights featured on MaterialHeaven (although I won't say much)
Bunch of photos stuck together, mashed them into one, used Cutout filter, then did loads of painting right on them.
The actual photos are really taken in the day... made it into like a night shot with loads of Photoshop work.

Someone from another dimention or time period would see this and not understand what everthing is. If I were from B.C., the year 2007 would confuse the hell out of me. This image gives me a confused yet futuristic night-life feeling. Makes me wana take you out for a night on the town.
